Installing the CPU
On the CPU Socket there is a little latch you need to first push down, then towards you, then up
Take your AMD CPU and line up the Corner Arrow on the CPU with the Corner Arrow on the Motherboard, gently placing into Socket
After removing the Black Cover, close the lid on the CPU and re-tighten the hold-down lever holding the CPU Securely in place

Installing CPU Cooler
There are 2 latches on this big CPU Cooler with a square hole in it, it looks confusing at first, but you basically want to line up the cooler over the CPU (be careful because thermal paste is already on prepackaged at the bottom) so that you can hook the CPU Cooler into the Black Stands on the sides of the CPU Holder
Secure the CPU Cooler once properly placed onto the CPU by pulling the Hold Down Lever all the way down to the right
Connect the CPU_Fans Connector to the “CPU_FANS” Pins

Screw back on the NVME Protective Covering
