Syrup MK2 Case Assembly

"Get ready for a major remodel fellas, we're back in hardware mode" - Tony Stark, Iron Man 2

#===================================================================================================================================#

Installing the CPU

  • On the CPU Socket there is a little latch you need to first push down, then towards you, then up

  • Take your AMD CPU and line up the Corner Arrow on the CPU with the Corner Arrow on the Motherboard, gently placing into Socket

  • After removing the Black Cover, close the lid on the CPU and re-tighten the hold-down lever holding the CPU Securely in place

#===================================================================================================================================#

Installing CPU Cooler

  • There are 2 latches on this big CPU Cooler with a square hole in it, it looks confusing at first, but you basically want to line up the cooler over the CPU (be careful because thermal paste is already on prepackaged at the bottom) so that you can hook the CPU Cooler into the Black Stands on the sides of the CPU Holder

  • Secure the CPU Cooler once properly placed onto the CPU by pulling the Hold Down Lever all the way down to the right

  • Connect the CPU_Fans Connector to the “CPU_FANS” Pins

#===================================================================================================================================#

Installing NVME #2

  • Locate NVME Port #2 and unscrew the protective cover

  • On the NVME #2 Protective Cover, peel off the adhesive cover tape

  • Insert your NVME Drive into the NVME Slot

  • Screw back on the NVME Protective Covering

#===================================================================================================================================#

Installing the Motherboard

  • Unscrew all 6 Upper Case Screws and pull the lid off the case to access the internals

  • To gain access to the bottom portion of the case, unscrew the rear bottom case fans and proceed to pull them out

  • Set the Motherboard down on the alignment studs and secure the motherboard in place with the screws that come with the case

  • Make sure that the I/O Shield Lines up with the Case

#===================================================================================================================================#

Connecting the Case to the Motherboard

  • Connect the “HD Audio” Connector to the “JAUD1” Pins

  • Connect the “fpanel” connector to the “JFP1” pins

  • Connect Case fans connectors to any “SYS_FAN” Pin Layout

  • Connect Front Panel USB-A to the Motherboard

  • Connect Front Panel USB-C to the Motherboard

#===================================================================================================================================#

Connecting the SATA Cables to the Motherboard & Case

  • Connect all SATA Power Cables to their Respective Ports on the Bottom Portion of the Case

  • Connect all SATA Data Cables to their Respective Ports on the Bottom Portion of the Case & Snake them up through the access port for Motherboard Access

  • Connect all SATA Data Cables to the Motherboard
