Installation & Setup Synology DS423

After Entering your System’s IP Address, you will be greeted with a Screen like This
On the Next Screen, make sure you have the option Automatically download and install the latest DSM 7.2.1-69057 from Synology website Checked off before clicking Next
Your System will start installing Synology Diskstation OS, it will jump through Several Screens including Installing Drivers
Once your system is done installing the OS, you will see a screen like this. Go ahead and click Start
You will be asked to set up some login credentials, be sure to write everything down so you can access your System Later on!
You will be asked what kind of Update Rotation you would like to set up, in our case we just stuck with the Automatically install important DSM and package updates only (Recommended) Option
You will be asked to Create a Synology Account or to Sign in, i would recommend you do this step as there are several Out-Of-Network Perks that come with selecting this
You will be asked if you would like to enable some other Tools, in our case we Enabled everything listed Below:
Congratulations, you have set up your Synology Diskstation DS423 !
