I like making things - come and see
This site exists as a public documentation space - a place to share the systems i build, the decisions behind them, and the lessons learned along the journey
My name is Juan Cosmos Blyler, but please call me Cosmos
I’m a former automotive technician with six years of hands-on diagnostic experience who transitioned into IT and infrastructure.
Working in automotive taught me systematic troubleshooting, mechanical reasoning, and the importance of understanding systems at a foundational level. Over time, that same mindset pulled me toward Linux, networking, and infrastructure engineering.
I’ve found that documenting and sharing work serves two purposes:
• It creates clarity under pressure.
• It creates connection around shared interests.
Building in isolation limits growth. Publishing thoughtfully invites conversation
